Tuesday: June 12, 2007
Evening Worship 7:30pm
The sermon was presented by the out-going moderator TE Dominic Aquila from the text of Matthew 16:13-20. After the sermon the Lord's Supper was administered to the assembly.

Evening Session 9pm
The first business session was called to order with a declaration of quorum. The Stated Clerk reported that there were 1228 delegates present.
RE E.J. Nusbaum was elected to serve to serve as Moderator. Appointments were then made for the various support duties. The docket was adopted, and the Assembly was adjourned until 10:30am Wednesday morning.

Wednesday: June 13, 2007
Morning Session 10:30am - Noon
The Stated Clerk gave his report which included greetings from sister denominations in NAPARC.

BCO 15-4 amendment to impose term limits for the Standing Judicial Commission was defeated.

RAO amendments: A change in the reporting of finances was passed without objection. Overture 7 on including presbyteries in the section on correspondance was passed. Overture 8 on the reading of reports at General Assembly was passed.

Interchurch Relations Committee: It's recommendations 1-4 were passed without objection. Representatives from other sister denominations greeted the Assembly.

Afternoon Session 1:30-5:30pm
New business was presented to ask the SJC to publish the briefs of each case that comes before the Assembly.

An informational report was presented by the Ridge Haven Conference Center. A brief report was also made by the Cooperative Ministries Committee.

Federal Vision: The report from the committee on Federal Vision was presented to the delegates. The committee published nine declarations where they conclude that the views under study depart from the teachings of the Westminster standards of our church.

There was lengthy discussion of postponing the consideration of the reccomendations of the report to allow the committee a year to add their exegetical material supporting their declarations, and to add representatives of the opposition to the committee. The motion to postpone was defeated.

Discussion of the Federal Vision report continued for the remaining time permitted. The reccomendations of the report were adopted by the Assembly.

The Administration Committee presented its informational report. The Reformed University Ministries Committee presented its report about its campus outreach. The Assembly then heard the Christian Education Committee report which included information about the Women In the Church ministries. Covenant College presented its report.

Evening Worship 7:30pm
Dr. R. C. Sproul delivered the sermon for worship. The video and audio recordings for this sermon and all GA business sessions will be available on-line soon.

Thursday: June 14, 2007
Morning Session 9:30am - Noon
Reports were heard from the PCA Foundation, Covenant Theological Seminary, and Mission to the World.

The Committee on Constitutional Business reviewed the questions before them regarding their effect upon the rules of the assembly. Reports were also received from the Standing Judicial Commission, PCA-RBI, Mission to North America. These were followed by the various reports of the Committees of Commissioners.

Afternoon Session 1:30-5:30pm
The Committees of Commissioners concluded their presentations and votes. Then the Committee on Review of Presbytery Records gave its report. The Assembly was adjourned before 3:30pm CT to reconvene for its final acts of business following the worship service in the evening.

Evening Session 9:00pm

This meeting concluded the Assembly's business for this year. The 2008 General Assembly will be held in Dallas, Texas the week of June 10th.
